A Message from the President of the CallPass Companies regarding COVID-19 and operations during this time of uncertainty.
To All,
We hope that you and your loved ones are doing well during this challenging time. It’s moments like these that we are reminded of what really matters, the health and safety of our family and friends, and also the collective health and safety of our communities as a whole. We hope that you are following the recommended guidelines to combat the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and are looking out for all of those around you, as we are all in this together.
We care deeply about our Employees, Customers, Partners, and all associates and are monitoring the COVID-19 diligently. Our efforts to inform all involved with the CallPass Companies and to ensure the health and well-being of our employees, on Wednesday of this week we have moved all essential employees in Customer and Technical Support to a work-at-home environment so we can continue to support our Customers and Partners daily. Additionally, our Sales and Account Management Team is in a work-at-home environment and is actively consulting existing and new customers that need products and services.
Our warehouse currently remains open and we have taken measures to continue providing products so our Supply Chain and Equipment customers can continue to protect their high-value assets and allowing our Dealership and Finance customers can continue to protect and track their collateral.
Our Cloud-Based Environment additionally allows our Customers and Partners to utilize our iGotcha GPS and LANA platforms uninterrupted service and additionally providing the active, stable and secure environment they are accustomed to. This continuity allows us to put full focus on employee safety while supporting all associated with the CallPass Companies so that we may work hard to assist them during these uncertain times.
